Our inbred C57BL/6 ES cell line.
Our internally developed VGB6 ES cell line is capable of producing completely ES cell-derived mice (link to VelociMouse page). If C57BL/6 is the preferred background for phenotypic analysis, genetic modifications introduced in this line will save time- consuming backcrossing.
